Latvia's fairest-paying employers named
According to the latest study by compensation and consulting firm Figure Baltic Advisory, Accenture's Latvian branch has again been named the fairest payer among large companies, while Linde Gas SIA topped the small and medium-sized business category.

Compensation research and management consulting firm Figure Baltic Advisory has released the results of its latest study identifying which employers in Latvia stand out for the fairest pay practices.
In the large-company category, Accenture's Latvian branch has retained the top spot for the second consecutive year, matching its result from the 2025 ranking.
In the small and medium-sized enterprise category, Linde Gas SIA was named the fairest payer.
The findings are based on compensation analysis conducted by Figure Baltic Advisory as part of its regular assessment of how different employers in Latvia determine and apply employee pay.
