Contract signed for southern section of Rail Baltic terminal in Ülemiste
A contract has been signed for building the southern part of the Rail Baltic terminal in Ülemiste, Estonia, meaning contractors are now in place for every section of the future terminal.

The company RB Estonia has signed a contract for the construction of the southern part of the Rail Baltic railway terminal in Ülemiste, Tallinn. With this agreement, contractors have now been selected for all sections of the future terminal.
The value of the works is nearly 22 million euros. The construction will be carried out by the company Atemo, which will build the terminal's southern entrance facing Ülemiste City and the airport. A new square is also planned in front of this entrance.
Scope of works
The project also includes reconstruction of the surrounding streets and construction of a tunnel under Suur-Sõjamäe street. In total, the works will affect an area of about 33,000 square meters.
The information was reported by Estonia's public broadcaster ERR, citing the program "Aktuaalne kaamera".
