Vote counting for Latvia's 15th Saeima election has concluded, revealing the provisional lineup of deputies. In some locations, postal ballot tallying and the finalizing of candidate preference marks are still underway, meaning some names on the lists could still change.

Seat distribution by region

In Kurzeme, of 11 seats, six went to the 'United List' (AS), while the National Alliance (NA), 'Latvia First' (LPV), 'Sovereign Power'/'Union of New Latvians' (SV/AJ), 'Progressives' and 'New Unity' (JV) each won one.

In Latgale, LPV took five of 12 seats, AS and SV/AJ three each, and NA one. In Zemgale, AS won six of 13 seats, LPV and NA two each, with the remaining three split among Progressives, JV and SV/AJ.

In Vidzeme, where 26 seats were allocated, AS secured 13, NA three, LPV three, SV/AJ three, and JV and Progressives two each.

The largest allocation — 38 seats — falls to the Riga constituency, which also includes postal votes cast abroad. There AS won 13 seats, SV/AJ seven, LPV and Progressives six each, JV three, and NA three.

Overall results and records

In total, six political forces entered the Saeima: AS won 41 seats, LPV 17, SV/AJ 15, NA and Progressives 10 each, and JV seven.

AS's result marks the best outcome ever achieved by a single political force in a Saeima election since the restoration of Latvia's independence. At the same time, this election recorded the lowest voter turnout of the independence era, with 51.8% of eligible voters casting ballots.
