Ogre: Woman on trial over death of common-law husband found stabbed

The Zemgale District Court on Wednesday began hearing a criminal case concerning the death of a man in an apartment on Bērzu Alley in Ogre, Latvia, according to a report by the TV3 program "Degpunktā."
The man's common-law wife has been detained as a suspect in the case. The death came to light at the end of November last year, when the man's body was discovered in the apartment with stab wounds. He had died from his injuries.
The case has now reached the court, where circumstances surrounding the man's death and the woman's alleged involvement will be examined.
