Rolling power outages introduced in occupied Crimea due to grid accidents
The Russian-occupied Crimea is introducing rolling blackouts because of damage to electrical grid facilities. Additionally, a new restriction limits petrol purchases to occupation authorities only.

The occupation energy company Krymenergoinform announced the introduction of rolling blackout schedules across the entire peninsula of Crimea. The measure is a response to accidents at electrical grid facilities in the region.
According to the company, information on the consumption restriction schedules will be posted on the official pages of administrations and municipalities, as well as on the company's official website.
Earlier on 21 June, a partial power outage occurred among consumers in the North-Western, Central and South Coast energy districts in occupied Crimea due to damage to power grid facilities.
In addition, the occupation authorities announced a new restriction on petrol sales: only representatives of the occupation authorities will be allowed to purchase fuel.
