Six-time Olympic medalist Suni Lee has announced her return to gymnastics, two years before the Los Angeles 2028 Games.

Six-time Olympic medalist Suni Lee has announced she is coming back to gymnastics after not competing since the 2024 Olympics.
The 23-year-old revealed her return in an Instagram video, saying: "I know what I'm capable of. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get there. Back in the gym. We'll see." The video ends with the words: "This is more than a comeback, stay tuned."
Lee won team gold with the USA in Paris along with all-around and uneven bars bronzes. At Tokyo 2020, she claimed all-around gold, team silver and uneven bars bronze.
Her comeback comes two years before the Los Angeles 2028 Games. Fellow American Jade Carey, who also won medals in Tokyo and Paris, recently made her comeback after a similar break.
