Omniva revenue rises 10%
Estonian postal and logistics group Omniva has posted a 10% revenue increase in the first half of the year, with second-quarter revenue reaching €38.9 million. The company continues to invest in parcel lockers and digital services despite competition pressures and losses in its universal postal service.
Omniva Group's revenue grew by 10% in the first half of this year, according to the company's financial data. In the second quarter, revenue rose 9% year-on-year to €38.9 million. International services generated €8.1 million, up 20% from a year earlier.
The number of shipments delivered by Omniva increased 14% in the second quarter to 13.4 million, and 17% in the first half to 26.9 million. Growth was recorded both in the Baltic countries and in the company's international operations. At the same time, revenue growth in the Baltic market was limited by increasingly intense competition and continuous price pressure in the parcel delivery segment.
Group CEO Martti Kuldma said that in recent years Omniva has deliberately been transformed into an international logistics group based on flexible technology solutions tailored to customer needs. He believes the chosen strategy has created a strong foundation for long-term growth.
Adjusted net loss stood at €0.3 million in the second quarter and €1.3 million in the first half. The adjusted net result improved by €0.3 million compared with the first half of 2025, driven by higher revenue and continued operational efficiency gains. Profitability was still negatively affected by loss-making universal postal services in Estonia.
During the quarter, Omniva continued to expand its parcel locker network, adding 37 new lockers and bringing the total to 1,374 across the Baltics. Investments were also directed towards developing digital services.
