New kindergarten to be built in Otepää

A new kindergarten with nine groups, designed for near-zero energy consumption, will be built in Otepää by spring 2027.

A new kindergarten with nine groups is set to be built in Otepää by next spring. The cornerstone will be laid on July 31, with construction expected to finish by spring 2027.

The two-story building will consist of six sections and is designed for near-zero energy consumption. The construction work will be carried out by Rand ja Tuulberg. The contract is valued at 6.4 million euros, of which 1.3 million euros will come from the European Regional Development Fund, with the remainder covered by the local municipality budget.
