10th Retrobest festival held in Otepää
The nostalgic Retrobest festival celebrated its 10th edition in Otepää last Friday and Saturday, featuring international and local artists. Attendees also embraced the retro spirit with colorful 80s and 90s-inspired outfits.
The 10th Retrobest festival took place in Otepää on Friday and Saturday, bringing together music and nostalgia.
The line-up included former Spice Girls member Melanie C from the UK, 2 Quick Start, Safri Duo from Denmark, Koit Toome and Maarja-Liis Ilus, Dieter Bohlen, Kristjan Hirmo, Caater, Günther from Sweden, Masterboy from Germany, Da Hool from Germany, Nancy, Anne Veski, Eagle Eye Cherry from Sweden, Smilers, Rauno Märks, Justament, Ian Van Dahl from Belgium, Kristo Rääbis, Ahto Kald, DJs Jorma Riivald and X, Double You from Italy, and Alari Kivisaar.
Performances by Swedish groups E-Type and Basic Element were scheduled for Friday but cancelled due to the cancellation of a flight from Stockholm to Tallinn.
Besides music, the festival's nostalgic atmosphere was enhanced by attendees' costumes. It has become a tradition for guests to dress in bright outfits inspired by 1980s and 1990s fashion.
