Paldiski to celebrate city day with Anne Veski and Meie Mees concert
On Saturday, August 8, the Estonian town of Paldiski will hold its city day celebrations, culminating in a concert featuring Anne Veski, the bands Meie Mees and Triibupasta, and rapper Hunt. Admission is free.
On Saturday, August 8, Paldiski's central park (Pakri Street 7) will host the town's city day celebrations. The event opens with a market running from 10:00 to 16:00, alongside children's amusement rides. At 11:00, a sports event called "Paldiski Liigub" ("Paldiski Moves") will begin.
Concert program
The concert program starts at 18:00. Performers include the band Triibupasta (19:00), rapper Hunt (20:15), singer Anne Veski (21:30) and the band Meie Mees (23:15). At 0:30, a disco will begin with DJ Den Karabljoff. The event is scheduled to end at 2:00.
Entry and rules
Admission is free, but visitors are not allowed to bring their own food or drinks, and glass containers of any kind are prohibited.
Those who purchase a ticket in advance will be able to travel to Tallinn on a special night train after the concert. The train departs from Paldiski at 1:00 am.
