Paralympic champion Apinis alleges Latvian Olympic Committee interference in Paralympic body's work

In the letter, Apinis points to possible corrupt actions connected with the Latvian Olympic Committee's (LOK) conduct toward the Latvian Paralympic Committee (LPK). He states that the Olympic Committee has interfered in the Paralympic Committee's work.
Apinis is one of the most recognized figures in Latvian Paralympic sport, having won four Paralympic championship titles over his career in the discus and shot put events.
