45-year-old ATV driver dies in Pärnumaa crash

A fatal accident occurred on Friday, June 26, in Tõusi village, Pärnumaa County, claiming the life of a 45-year-old man riding an ATV. According to the Lääne Prefecture, the emergency center received a report at 4:25 PM. Operational manager Jaanka Paulus stated that preliminary data indicate the man lost control while driving, causing both him and the ATV to veer into a ditch. The ATV then fell on top of him, resulting in his death at the scene. The victim was not wearing a helmet or any other protective gear. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
