Sand sculptures in Jelgava on view until September 27
The sand sculptures on Pasta Island in Jelgava will remain open to visitors until September 27, with the park's opening hours changing for the autumn season. This year's festival theme was dedicated to the Jurassic period and featured sculptors from 10 countries.

The Jelgava municipal institution "Kultūra" has announced that the sand sculptures displayed on Pasta Island will be available for viewing until September 27.
With the start of the autumn season, the park's opening hours will also change — going forward it will be open daily from 10:00 to 18:00.
Festival theme and participants
The sculptures were created as part of the International Sand Sculpture Festival, whose theme this year was "Jurassic Tales." The festival brought together 15 professional sculptors from 10 different countries, who created works of art from sand on Pasta Island.
