Missing: Ainārs Kuzmins, born 1997, possibly with health issues

The State Police are searching for Ainārs Kuzmins, who went fishing on July 9 and hasn't returned. His phone was last located in Lilaste, and he may have health problems.

The Austrumzemgale precinct of the State Police has issued a search for Ainārs Kuzmins, born in 1997. On July 9 of this year, he left in an Opel Mokka (license plate MD2719) to go fishing and has not been seen or heard from since.

The last known location of his phone was in Lilaste, Carnikava Parish. Police report that the man may have health issues, which could hinder his ability to return home or contact others.

Authorities urge anyone who sees Ainārs Kuzmins or has information about his whereabouts to call the emergency number 112 immediately.
