According to a statement from the Vyshneve territorial community, residents and businesses are asked to avoid workplaces and stay off the streets. Specifically, the following streets are mentioned: Kyivska, Sviatoshynska, Parkova, Lesi Ukrainky, Yevropeiska, Balukova, Zaliznychna, and Pivdenna. Everyone in these areas is urged to remain in shelters until further notice about the end of the danger.
The statement also warns that a repeated detonation of explosive items is possible. Emergency and operational services are involved in mitigating the consequences of the attack.
