Estonian swimmer Ralf Tribuntsov set a new national record in the 50-meter backstroke at the Danish Open, clocking 24.79 seconds.
He improved his own previous record of 24.81 seconds, which he set in May this year at the AP Race in London.
This result places the 31-year-old sprinter 18th in the European seasonal rankings.
Tribuntsov now holds Estonian records in the 50-meter backstroke, freestyle, and butterfly events.
