Perkons Energy: The Only One in Its Niche, Its Batteries Conquer Markets
Latvian startup Perkons Energy produces batteries for drones and border surveillance equipment, won an EU trademark award, and exports to multiple countries.

Latvian startup Perkons Energy has become the only player in its niche, manufacturing autonomous battery power sources for drones, border surveillance equipment, and other devices requiring independent power supply.
This spring, the company received an award from the Latvian Patent Office in the category “Trademark of the Year for the European Union.” This recognition reflects the successful growth of the enterprise: it exports the majority of its products to clients in nearly all European countries, as well as to the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.
Perkons Energy specializes in a niche with no direct competitors, and its battery packs are in demand across various fields, from military applications to commercial surveillance. The company's achievements highlight Latvia’s potential for innovation and technology on the international stage.
