Five People Committed Suicide on Railways Last Year
The State Railway Technical Inspectorate reports that five people committed suicide on railways in 2025, down by three compared to the previous year.

According to data from the State Railway Technical Inspectorate, five people took their own lives on railways last year. In 2024, there were eight such cases, showing a decrease of three incidents.
Among the deceased, three were aged 25 to 49, one was between 18 and 24, and one person was 65 or older. Of the victims, three were men and two were women.
