First Production Electric Ferrari to Be Auctioned for at Least One Million Euros
Ferrari's first fully electric model, the Luce, will have its first production unit auctioned in August 2026, with a projected price exceeding one million euros.
The first production fully electric Ferrari — the Luce — is set to be auctioned soon. RM Sotheby's will hold the auction on August 15, 2026, in Monterey, USA. Experts predict the car could fetch at least one million euros, with an estimated price exceeding $1.1 million (around €950,000). The auction has no reserve price.
The Ferrari Luce is equipped with a 122 kWh battery, four electric motors, and all-wheel drive. The system's maximum power reaches approximately 772 kW (1,050 hp). It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and has a top speed exceeding 310 km/h. On a single charge, it can travel up to 600 kilometers on the WLTP cycle, and the 800V electrical system enables fast charging.
The auction car is a special model made through Ferrari's Tailor Made program. It features an exclusive Madreperla pearl-effect paint, special alloy wheels, and white brake calipers. The interior is trimmed in light leather with gray accents. All proceeds from the auction will go to the Ferrari Foundation to support educational projects.
Despite mixed reviews — traditional Ferrari enthusiasts criticize the lack of V12 engine sound and unconventional design — the model has already seen strong demand. In China, all 88 units allocated for that market have already been sold out.
