Lottery for Candidate List Numbers in Saeima Elections to Be Held on Monday
The Central Election Commission will conduct a lottery on Monday to assign numbers to candidate lists for the 15th Saeima elections. The submission of lists ends on July 5, and the elections are scheduled for early October.

On Monday, a routine procedure before the 15th Saeima elections will take place – the Central Election Commission (CEC) will hold a lottery to determine the numbers of candidate lists. The drawing will be conducted in the order of list registration. If representatives of any list are absent, the CEC secretary will draw on their behalf.
Voters can already review the submitted lists, their programs, and candidate information on the official website "dati.cvk.lv/SV2026/", where all submitted documents are available.
The submission of candidate lists began on June 20 and will continue until July 5. It can be done in person at the CEC office at Smilšu iela 4, Riga, or remotely using a special application. The 15th Saeima elections themselves are planned for early October.
