Scotland's new head coach Pocognoli is set to reveal his first squad at 11:00 BST, with 22-year-old Ure expected to be among those named, alongside Graham.
Ure, who plays his club football in Spain, has not yet scored this season, but his eligibility to represent Ukraine appears to be a factor in the new coach's apparent eagerness to secure his commitment to Scotland early.
Squad refresh expected
Pocognoli took over as head coach after his predecessor, a former Kilmarnock manager, resigned following Scotland's failure to reach the knockout stages of a major tournament for the first time. Since then, there has been widespread expectation that the Belgian would look to modernise an ageing squad.
Heart of Midlothian head coach Wouter Vrancken, a fellow Belgian, has said he is confident several players from the Gorgie club will also be included. Striker James Wilson and wingers Calvin Miller and Josh McPake have drawn praise recently for their form. Former Scotland captain Scott Brown has also expressed high expectations for the two Hearts wingers, who have played a significant role in the club's strong start to the season.
Pocognoli will take charge of Scotland for the first time on Saturday, 26 September, in the team's Nations League B opener against Slovenia. His home debut at Hampden Park follows three days later, against Switzerland.
