Police Seek Help Finding Missing Teenager
Latvian State Police are searching for 14-year-old Anda Elizabete Kāpiņa, who left her home in Dobeles municipality on July 3 evening and has not returned. She may be in Kuldīga or Auce.
The State Police of Latvia are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing teenager, Anda Elizabete Kāpiņa, born in 2010. She left her residence in Gardenē, Auru parish, Dobeles municipality, on July 3 at approximately 8:00 PM and has not been seen or heard from since.
According to law enforcement, the girl may be in the towns of Kuldīga or Auce. Description: approximately 160 cm tall, medium build, with dark brown hair that reaches past her shoulders. She was last seen wearing a blue prom dress with lace, a brown jacket, and black closed-heel shoes. She was carrying a pink backpack containing clothes and shoes.
Anyone with information about the teenager's whereabouts is urged to call the emergency number 112 immediately.
