Police Search for Missing Vladislav Kancirev
State Police are asking for help finding Vladislav Kancirev, born 1992, who disappeared in Riga on July 6.
The State Police's Riga Regional Administration, Riga North Department, is searching for Vladislav Kancirev, born in 1992, who has been missing since July 6 of this year. He left his residence at Druvienas Street in Riga around 12:00 PM and his whereabouts remain unknown.
Description: approximately 163 cm tall, short light brown hair, three scars on his head, and a tattoo on his left shoulder. At the time of disappearance, he was wearing light denim shorts, a grey T-shirt, a black sweater, sports shoes, and "Nike" socks.
