Poland offers to build Patriot missiles with US and Ukraine on its soil
Poland has proposed to manufacture Patriot air-defense missiles jointly with the United States and Ukraine on its own territory. The offer comes as Ukraine seeks additional interceptors to counter increasingly frequent Russian ballistic missile attacks.

Poland has put forward a proposal to produce Patriot air-defense missiles in cooperation with the United States and Ukraine, with manufacturing to take place within Poland. The initiative aims to bolster Ukraine’s air-defense capabilities amid intensified Russian ballistic missile strikes. The proposal is made at a time when Ukraine is urgently seeking more Patriot interceptors to protect its critical infrastructure and population. Producing the missiles in Poland could shorten supply chains and ensure faster delivery to Ukraine.
