St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague Gets New Organ After Long Wait
St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague, one of the most impressive buildings in Czechia, has finally received a new organ, replacing the previous one that was too small for the vast space.

St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague, one of the most impressive buildings in Czechia, has finally received a new organ after a long wait. The cathedral is known for its royal tombs, ornate stained glass windows, Gothic vaults, and a long musical tradition. Previously, it housed an organ that was not proportionate to the size of the building, failing to fill the grand space with full, resonant music. The new organ, weighing 45 tons and featuring 6,000 pipes, will now provide an appropriate sound for this magnificent structure.
