Premier League rivals chase Rashford; multiple transfer updates

Three Premier League clubs – Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal – are all reportedly keen on signing Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford. However, according to sources, Manchester United's hierarchy does not want to sell the 28-year-old to another English club, which could complicate any potential deal unless one of the rivals makes an exceptionally high offer.
In addition to Rashford, Arsenal have also shown interest in Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa, while Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez is linked with a move to Juventus. The Italian club are also interested in West Ham centre-back Jean-Clair Todibo, according to Italian media.
Nottingham Forest are in advanced talks to sign Sporting CP defender Ousmane Diomande. The club aims to bring in the 22-year-old Ivorian to strengthen their backline.
Manchester United remain keen to add a central midfielder but have cooled their interest in Brighton's Carlos Baleba and Bournemouth's Alex Scott due to high price tags. Bournemouth are determined to keep Scott, who has rejected a new contract, despite interest from Arsenal.
Ipswich Town have agreed a deal in principle to sign Celtic forward Daizen Maeda for £8 million plus £2 million in add-ons. Meanwhile, Rangers and several Australian clubs are monitoring Manchester United's 18-year-old Australian full-back James Overy.
