PSG sign Belgian striker Mika Godts for €55 million
Champions League holders Paris Saint-Germain have signed 21-year-old Belgian forward Mika Godts for around €55 million including bonuses. The player has put pen to paper on a contract running until 2031.

Paris Saint-Germain have announced the signing of 21-year-old Belgian forward Mika Godts. The Ligue 1 club reportedly paid around €55 million, including possible bonuses, to secure his services. Godts will wear the number 22 shirt in Paris and has signed a contract through 2031.
Godts had a strong last season in the Dutch league, scoring 17 goals and providing 12 assists. Despite this form, he was not included in Belgium's squad for the most recent World Cup.
Rebuilding the attack
The move is part of a wider overhaul of PSG's attacking line this summer. The club has already seen Gonçalo Ramos and Kang-in Lee depart, while the futures of Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye remain uncertain, with potential transfers for both being discussed.
Before signing Godts, PSG had already strengthened its attack this summer with Ferran Torres, who joined from Barcelona, and Magnes Akliouche, who arrived from Monaco. The Champions League title holders have thus significantly reshaped their forward line ahead of the new season.
