The Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) has recorded a significant rise in the number of complaints during the first half of the year. A total of 4,116 complaints were received, which is 50% more than in the corresponding period last year. This information was reported by PTAC representatives on the LSM program “Обсудим вечером” (Let's Discuss in the Evening).
The increase indicates a rise in consumer activity, but the exact reasons and the most common subjects of complaints have not yet been disclosed. The program discussed what might have driven this trend and which areas are most problematic.
PTAC continues to analyze the received complaints to identify the most pressing consumer issues and take necessary measures to address them.
