Pokrovsk direction sees highest number of enemy attacks – Ukraine's General Staff
Ukraine's General Staff reported 186 combat clashes along the front over the past day, with 23 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction and 20 in the Kostiantynivka direction.
According to the evening report of Ukraine's Armed Forces General Staff, as of 22:00, 186 combat engagements took place along the front line over the course of the day. The largest concentration of enemy attacks — 23 — occurred in the Pokrovsk direction, while the Kostiantynivka direction recorded 20 assault attempts.
Breakdown by direction
In the North Sloboda and Kursk directions, Russian forces attacked once and carried out 43 strikes on Ukrainian positions and settlements. In the South Sloboda direction, the enemy attacked three times near Vovchanski Khutory, Volokhivka and Rybalchyne.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attempted to improve its positions five times, pushing toward Dovhenke, Radkivka and Kupiansk. Ten attempts to advance were repelled in the Lyman direction near Novoselivka, Stavky and Lyman, as well as close to Hrekivka and Dibrova, with two clashes still ongoing. In the Sloviansk direction, defense forces stopped five attempts near Kryva Luka, Dibrova, Zakitne, Mykolaivka and Ryznykivka, two of which continue. In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian troops assaulted toward Fedorivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 20 enemy assaults near Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Novoselivka, Pavlivka, Stepanivka, Raiske, Vilne and Kucheriv Yar, with one clash ongoing. In the Pokrovsk direction, the occupiers carried out 23 attacks, trying to advance toward Bilytske, Dobropillia, Novohryshyne, Myrne, Serhiivka, and near Novomykolaivka, Muravka, Novopidhorodnie and Udachne, with two attacks continuing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, one attack was recorded near Ternove. In the Huliaipole direction, defense forces repelled 10 attacks near Vozdvyzhivka, Rizdvianka, Rivne and Charivne. In the Orikhiv direction, defenders stopped two advance attempts near Mala Tokmachka and Shcherbaky. In the Prydniprovske direction, the enemy made one attempt to improve its positions.
