Participants included Inga Vanaga, chairwoman of the Latvian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers, and Līga Bāriņa, head of the Latvian Trade Union of Health and Social Care Workers. Both represented the interests of workers in the education and healthcare sectors respectively.
Business and tourism perspectives
The business viewpoint was represented by Ernests Jenavs, chairman of the board of the Latvian Startup Association. The tourism and hospitality sector was represented by Ēriks Lingebērziņš, who serves as both a board member of the Latvian Hotel and Restaurant Association and head of the Latvian Association of Travel Agents and Operators.
