Range Rover has introduced the Range Rover GT, a four-door grand tourer that is decidedly not an SUV. It is the first model from the brand built on the new EMA platform, an electrifiable architecture that underpins the vehicle's electric powertrain. The GT joins Range Rover's portfolio alongside models on the MLA platform and Jaguar's upcoming JEA platform.

The interior features a minimalist design with two OLED screens—one for the instrument cluster and one for infotainment—along with a standard head-up display. Notably, there is no third screen for the front passenger. Designers ensured the cabin remains compliant with safety regulations requiring physical controls for certain functions.

Martin Limpert, Range Rover's managing director, described the GT as the most car-like Range Rover ever created, blending effortless EV performance, long-haul refinement, and all-terrain capability. The exterior remains camouflaged, with further details expected later this year. The GT will compete in the luxury grand tourer segment, including the upcoming Jaguar Type 01.
