Amjad Masad, CEO and co-founder of coding platform Replit, will appear on the main stage at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, taking place October 13–15 at San Francisco's Moscone West. Masad will discuss the future of programming at a time when AI is enabling a much broader range of people to write code and launch software for the first time.
Rapid growth
Although Replit was founded a decade ago, the company says the most significant changes have come in the past 18 months. Its annual run-rate is now approaching a billion dollars, up sharply from just $2.8 million in reported revenue in 2024. Investors have taken notice of Replit's appeal to both non-technical users and professional developers, valuing the company at $9 billion earlier this year — three times its $3 billion valuation just six months prior.
A conversation on the industry's direction
