Rietumu Bank has granted a special mentoring award to PrintyMed, a Latvian medical technology company. The award includes individual mentoring support, inspired by the international initiative Visa "She's Next". The initiative aims to help companies unlock their business potential and drive further growth.
Jeļena Buraja, Chairwoman of the Management Board of Rietumu Bank and a jury member, decided to award PrintyMed this special prize after evaluating the finalists' business ideas and growth prospects. During the mentoring program, the company's team will collaborate with experts from Rietumu Bank and its partners, receiving support in business development, strategy, financial planning, and growth.
Jekaterina Romanova, co-founder and CEO of PrintyMed, stated that the award provides an opportunity to receive experienced professionals' support during a period of rapid growth, helping to make strategic decisions and expand cooperation opportunities in international markets.
PrintyMed is a Latvian biotechnology company established in 2023, developing biomimetic spider silk technologies and innovative biomaterials for medical products. It collaborates with the National Research and Innovation Institute (NIRI). Rietumu Bank will continue to support companies with sustainable and innovative business ideas.
