A distressing incident occurred in Riga on Tuesday, July 17, around 6:00 PM on Viestura Prospect. A four-year-old child fell from a window of a multi-story apartment building. According to eyewitnesses, the child fell from the fourth floor. Remarkably, the child was conscious after the fall and even managed to stand up. However, medical personnel arrived at the scene and promptly transported the child to a medical facility for further examination.
