“Rimi” delivery truck crashes into fence at high speed in Riga

A traffic accident occurred on September 28 on Kārļa Ulmaņa gatve in Riga, involving a delivery truck belonging to the retail chain “Rimi.” News of the incident was shared by the social media account “Sadursme,” which also published video footage of the crash.

According to available information, the truck left the roadway at high speed, struck a street lamp post, and then crashed into a fence along the roadside. The published video shows the vehicle suddenly losing control and narrowly avoiding a collision with oncoming traffic ahead of it.
