Riga to carry out night-time repairs to storm drains on Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street
Starting Saturday, Riga will repair several storm water drains on a stretch of Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street between Z. A. Meierovica Boulevard and Elizabetes Street, with work carried out at night. The announcement came from the Riga City Council's Communications Department.
The Riga municipality has announced upcoming utility repair works in the capital, with several storm water drains set to be fixed on Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street.
The work will begin on Saturday and take place along the section of the street running from Z. A. Meierovica Boulevard to Elizabetes Street, in the direction of Dzirnavu Street. To limit disruption to daytime traffic, the repairs will be carried out during night hours.
