Three-car crash in Riga center caused by running red light
A driver who ran a red light caused a three-car collision in central Riga. The suspected driver's vehicle sustained the most damage; police are investigating.

On Wednesday evening, a traffic accident involving three cars occurred in central Riga. According to those involved, the crash was caused by a driver who crossed an intersection on a red light, as reported by TV3's program "Degpunktā".
The vehicle of the suspected culprit suffered the most damage, while the other two cars were less affected. The State Police have arrived at the scene and are clarifying the circumstances of the incident. No information about injuries or penalties has been released yet.
