Rīgas Zeļļi Lose at Home to France's Le Mans in ULEB EuroCup

Latvian basketball club Rīgas Zeļļi lost 65-71 to the French team Le Mans on Wednesday in a ULEB EuroCup game played on their home court in Riga. The ULEB EuroCup is a European club basketball competition, and this is Zeļļi's debut season in it. The result is the first defeat the Riga side has suffered in the tournament in front of its own fans.

Second half decided the game

It was Zeļļi's sixth game of the season in the competition. Their offence proved to be the problem: in the second half the Riga players scored only 25 points, which was not enough to beat the French opponents.
