Roslikovs not planning to return to Latvia from Belarus after election setback
After the party "Stability!" won only 1.997% of votes and failed to enter the Saeima, also losing state funding, its leader Aleksejs Roslikovs currently has no plans to return to Latvia from Belarus, the party's board chair told LETA.

The party "Stability!" received 1.997% of the vote in the recent elections, falling short of the threshold needed to win seats in the Saeima. The result also means the party loses its entitlement to state budget funding, which is reserved for political forces that clear a minimum support threshold.
Svetlana Chulkova, chair of the party's board, told the LETA news agency that, given the election outcome, party leader Aleksejs Roslikovs currently does not plan to return to Latvia from Belarus.
Chulkova did not elaborate further on Roslikovs's future plans or on any possible date when he might reconsider and return to Latvia. No additional details have been provided so far on the party's next steps following its election defeat and the loss of funding.
