Romania shoots down second drone in two days; Ukraine hits Russian missile boat and S-400 components

A Romanian Air Force F-16 fighter jet intercepted and shot down an unmanned aerial vehicle that had entered the country's airspace. This marks the second such incident in two days, following a previous drone downing.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces conducted long-range strikes against Russian military targets overnight. The attacks reportedly hit a Russian missile boat, components of an S-400 air defense system, and logistics infrastructure.
The developments occur on the 1613th day of the Russo-Ukrainian war.
