Drone shot down in Romania for second consecutive day

Romanian Defense Minister Radu Miruca announced that on Saturday, for the second day in a row, an unmanned aerial vehicle that had entered the country's airspace was shot down. This is the second drone shooting incident in Romania since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The previous day, Friday, also saw the interception of a drone that violated Romanian airspace. The minister emphasized that the country's defense forces are acting appropriately to ensure airspace security.
