Saldus: Exit from Lielcieceres Street to Highway A9 Closed During Repairs
Road repair work in the Saldus municipality has closed the direct exit from Lielcieceres Street onto highway A9, with new road signs installed to guide drivers along an alternative route. Residents are urged to plan extra travel time.

Road works currently underway in the Saldus municipality have led to a change in traffic arrangements at the junction where Lielcieceres Street meets highway A9. During the repairs, the direct exit from the street onto the highway is closed.
To ensure drivers can still reach A9 safely and conveniently, new road signs have been installed in the area, directing traffic along an alternative route onto the highway.
The Saldus municipal council is asking drivers to pay close attention to the posted signage during the repair works and to strictly follow the designated traffic arrangement. The council also recommends planning routes with extra time built in, as the altered traffic scheme may cause minor delays.
Local authorities have asked residents and other road users to be understanding and to comply with all requirements related to the repair works, so that traffic in this section can continue safely while the work is ongoing.
