Sanda Dejus, a Radio SWH host and event MC, posted a photo of herself in shorts on social media. In the caption, she joked that she had been wearing shorts that once belonged to her husband's ex-girlfriend's ex-boyfriend.

The convoluted chain of ownership amused many followers. One commenter said she drew a diagram in her head; another described it as "zero waste waste"; a third declared the post the winner of the day on Threads.

The most notable response came from a woman who said she had kept her ex-husband's mistress's bag and cosmetic pouch for 11 years, explaining they had similar taste and her husband never gave her anything that expensive.

But not everyone found the joke funny. A Threads user accused Dejus of lacking a sense of humor and of deleting critical comments and blocking users. However, most commenters sided with Dejus, saying the original critical reaction was unnecessarily rude. Some responded ironically, saying if someone is "stupid," it still should not be said publicly.

Others questioned why the critic had to create a separate post about being blocked, and one user asked what the thread intended to achieve. A pragmatic view also emerged: everyone has the right to manage their own social media profile. One commenter admitted she deletes unpleasant comments and blocks authors all the time.

Others took the conflict more lightly, asking whether the joke had touched the critic's heart and ending with "Get a life."
