Sesks crew secures sixth place in two consecutive stages at Estonia rally
Latvian rally driver Mārtiņš Sesks and co-driver Renārs Francis finished sixth in stages 12 and 13 of the Estonia WRC round on Saturday, maintaining seventh overall.

On the second day of the Estonia rally, Sesks' crew recorded the sixth fastest time in both the 12th and 13th special stages. Finnish driver Sami Pajari (Toyota) won both stages, followed by Sweden's Oliver Solberg (Toyota). The Latvians were 13.3 seconds behind in stage 12 and 11.9 seconds in stage 13. After 13 stages, Pajari leads overall, 21.4 seconds ahead of Solberg, with Adrien Fourmaux (Hyundai) third. Sesks is seventh, 2 minutes and 1.1 seconds off the lead.
Earlier on Friday, the crew damaged their car during shakedown after hitting a barrier. Mechanics repaired it, but they started the first stage two minutes late, incurring a 20-second penalty. Three more stages are scheduled for Saturday, with the final two on Sunday.
