Latvia's leading rally driver Mārtiņš Sesks, alongside co-driver Renārs Francis, started the eighth round of the World Rally Championship (WRC) season – the Acropolis Rally in Greece – on Thursday. The first stage was completed cautiously, which was reflected in the result: the crew placed in a tie for 12th overall. The start in Greece is technically challenging, and Sesks/Francis opted for a steady rather than risky approach to ensure a safe beginning to the competition.
