Morning and daytime
In the morning hours, fog and haze can be seen in places. They will persist longest in the central and eastern parts of the country. During the day, part of the territory will be cloudy, while elsewhere the clouds will thin out and the skies will clear. The centre assesses the day as favourable overall.
Rain and wind
In the evening, light rain is possible in places in the northwestern districts. Light winds will prevail throughout the day, but in the late afternoon the wind will strengthen along the coast. There, a moderate northerly and northwesterly wind is expected.
Weather in Riga
In the capital, the sun will occasionally be visible between the clouds, and the day should be dry. At the start of the day, a layer of fog and haze will still linger in Riga. The maximum air temperature in the city will be between +10 and +12 degrees.
