Woman charged with murder of four-year-old boy in Australia

A woman has been charged with murder after police discovered the body of a four-year-old boy at a home in Wyong, on the New South Wales Central Coast. Police were called to the residence following the arrival of a 32-year-old woman at a local police station on Saturday. Officers attempted to speak with her but were unsuccessful. Later that afternoon, the child's body was found inside the home with significant arm injuries. The boy has not yet been formally identified, but the woman is believed to be known to him. On Sunday, she was charged with murder (domestic violence). She was refused bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Sunday. Police remained at the scene on Sunday morning, and the homicide squad is assisting with the investigation into the circumstances of the boy's death.
