Sigulda has gained a new walking route and audio guide designed for people with visual and functional impairments. The route was created as part of a project by the association Cerību spārni.

A new walking route adapted for people with visual and functional impairments has been created in Sigulda. An accompanying audio guide, titled "Sigulda's Historic Architecture for People with Visual and Functional Impairments," was also developed for the route.
The new accessibility solution was implemented by the association Cerību spārni, with financial support from the Sigulda Municipality. The initiative was carried out as part of the project "Hikes for Everyone – A Step Further."
The project's aim is to make Sigulda's historic architecture more accessible to people with visual or other functional impairments, giving them the opportunity to learn about the town's history and surroundings with the help of the audio guide.
