Sirmacis/Kulšs win LARČ6 class at Ukmergė rally
Latvian crew Ralfs Sirmacis and Artūrs Kulšs claimed victory in the LARČ6 class at the rally in Ukmergė, Lithuania, securing their third win this season.

The "Jusema Rally Ukmergė" took place in Ukmergė, Lithuania, where the Latvian duo of Ralfs Sirmacis and Artūrs Kulšs won the LARČ6 class. The first day featured six special stages, while Sunday added eight more, with rain making conditions particularly treacherous.
Sirmacis and Kulšs drove a Subaru Impreza GT. After the first day, they were 21st overall but received a 40-second penalty for exceeding the allowed time due to technical issues, plus a five-second penalty for an incorrect corner. Despite this, they led the LARČ6 class.
On the second day, they won all stages in their class, securing first place. This marks their third victory in three events in the LARČ6 standings. Other competitors faced setbacks: Guntis Lielkājis and Zane Lielkāja-Gerika retired due to technical problems, as did Kārlis Folkmanis and Gundars Pečaks, who dropped out on the final stage.
Overall winner was Vaidots Žala (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2), followed by Deivids Gezevičs in second, and Roks Steponavičs in third despite a crash on the Power Stage.
The fourth round of the Lithuanian Rally Championship, "Rokiškio Grand Rally," also part of the Tour European Rally, will be held on August 13–15.
