Škoda has officially introduced the Epiq, a new all-electric city crossover that expands the brand's electric lineup and, together with the Peaq, doubles Škoda's fully electric model offering. Developed within Volkswagen Group's Brand Group Core, the Epiq is the first series-production Škoda model to fully adopt the new Modern Solid design language.

The Epiq is also the first Škoda built on the new MEB+ platform, featuring front-wheel drive. The platform enables lighter batteries, improving both efficiency and interior space usage. Depending on configuration, the model offers up to 440 kilometers of range, with fast DC charging from 10% to 80% in about 23 minutes. Standard equipment includes 11 kW AC charging and bidirectional charging, allowing stored battery energy to be used externally.

Design and interior

The exterior features clean lines, a glossy black Tech-Deck Face panel and a new T-shaped light signature. The car achieves a drag coefficient of 0.275. Inside, a 475-liter boot — among the largest in its class — is complemented by an additional 25-liter front storage compartment, known as a frunk.

Safety and technology

Standard equipment includes systems such as Front Assist, Side Assist, Lane Assist and traffic sign recognition, along with seven airbags. Optional systems include Travel Assist 3.0, 360-degree Top Area View and Intelligent Park Assist. The car features a 13-inch central touchscreen with an Android-based infotainment system and access to the MyŠkoda app for remote management.
